They will discuss the utilizing a project management strategy for the company’s 27 year Enchanted Garden of Lights holiday event and how that approach presented new opportunities and challenges which affected all other aspects of operations but allowed them to stay committed to the values that drive Rock City's culture and resulted in significant growth of this event.
