March 2020 Chapter Luncheon

Is leadership important to project management?

Of course, leadership and management skills are key to the successful outcome of any project. But what about when the team essential to pulling off your project is a team of 4000 non-paid individuals with no technical skills or experience associated with the project? And you meet them the day they show up to complete their task?

Join the PMI Chattanooga Chapter to hear about how IRONMAN Chattanooga is executed by our Speaker Brooke Satterfield and her team.

Registration will open soon.

President's Message

In 2018 the PIVII Chattanooga Chapter membership grew over 10%! Why? Because our members find that this chapter provides them with opportunities for growth, training and development (for both certification and PDUs towards recertification), resources and fun networking events! The dynamic volunteer leadership of this chapter is fully committed to supporting our members, and their hard work with the able Leadership of our out-going Chapter President: Colby Richart, has prepared the chapter for a great year.

Corporate Contacts

Corporate Representatives are an additional link between the employees of a corporation and the PMI Chattanooga Chapter. Their role is to provide input to the Board and to ensure that information about upcoming PMI events are disseminated at their company. Only one representative per company is permitted, they must be a member of the Chattanooga PMI Chapter as well as attend at least half of the scheduled Board meetings (typically held on the first Thursday evening of each month).
