During the course, you’ll learn how to define the scope and goals of your project, how to create a schedule, draft a budget and integrate risk by anticipating what could go wrong. The course will also focus on leadership components, such as communication excellence and the very essence of project management—knowing how to lead a team.

President's Message

Thank you for visiting our Chattanooga PMI website. Whether you are new to Project Management, a long time practitioner, or just want to gain the skills needed to work with a project we welcome all levels of participation in our community and events.

In 2020 we are on track for another record year of membership as the Profession continues to grow. In 2018 we had 300 members and thanks to the leadership of our Board and support of our members we have grown to over 400 members which represents an increase by 33% in just two short years!

Corporate Contacts

Corporate Representatives are an additional link between the employees of a corporation and the PMI Chattanooga Chapter. Their role is to provide input to the Board and to ensure that information about upcoming PMI events are disseminated at their company. Only one representative per company is permitted, they must be a member of the Chattanooga PMI Chapter as well as attend at least half of the scheduled Board meetings (typically held on the first Thursday evening of each month).
