Description: Jeff Raabe, Director of Operations and Will Jackson, Sr. Manager of Innovation will be making a fascinating presentation about Rock City Operations.
Jeff Raabe is the Director of Operations for See Rock City, Inc. with responsibility for the varied operational aspects of the multiple business units See Rock City, Inc. owns and operates. Among his many responsibilities, Jeff leads the Innovation, Special Events and Special Projects teams by implementing processes through a values-driven culture. This culture enables See Rock City, Inc. to grow while delivering on its mission of creating memories worth repeating for guests and partners (employees). Jeff and his wife Gail live in North Georgia. They have two adult daughters. When not working, Jeff enjoys spending time with his family on their horse farm, volunteering, and discovering new things to do in the Chattanooga area.
Will Jackson is the Senior Manager of Innovation for See Rock City, Inc. and loves creating things that add to people's experiences. Prior to his time at Rock City, Will was based in Los Angeles and worked as an artist in film and television. Creating elements and environments for thos make-believe worlds helped foster a desire to craft experiences in the real world and led him to work for See Rock City, Inc. doing just that. Will enjoys new materials, methods, and technologies to help him make the stuff that makes experiences enriching. He is also a sculptor, maker and is often obsessed with making some new thing or other. Will lives and plays in Chattanooga with his wife Kim and their two ultimate creations, Mac and Millie.
