Melissa began her career twenty years ago in manufacturing as a Safety & Training Manager. Over the years she has relied on her skill of adaptability to successfully transition through various areas of the company. This purposeful career strategy has allowed her to expand her knowledge, providing a holistic perspective that has significantly increased her ability to add value.

Currently, she leads the Information Technology Project Management team that supports Shaw's flooring manufacturing business worldwide. Through the projects executed by her team, she ensures her internal business partners receive the leading technology that allows them to be agile in meeting customer needs & business challenges. Overseeing a portfolio of over 60 projects, her team touches every area of the organization.
Melissa has a BA from the University of Georgia and a MS in l/O Psychology.
