Currently, she leads the Information Technology Project Management team that supports Shaw's flooring manufacturing business worldwide. Through the projects executed by her team, she ensures her internal business partners receive the leading technology that allows them to be agile in meeting customer needs & business challenges. Overseeing a portfolio of over 60 projects, her team touches every area of the organization.
Melissa has a BA from the University of Georgia and a MS in l/O Psychology.
