Ms. Oliver has 20 years of project controls, management, and accounting experience on government and commercial design, construction, and environmental projects, as well as business operations and corporate sales. Her experience includes upfront planning, performance measurement, variance analysis, and issue resolution using earned value management, risk analysis, and change control. She has authored and facilitated training on subjects such as Financial Leadership and Pricing for Risk. Ms. Oliver is a Senior Associate at Management Solutions, LLC with a focus on project controls and management. She is a Project Management Professional and a certified Scheduling Professional.

Specific topics include contract types, financial metrics, charging guidance, and project accounting.

Change and Stakeholder Management
Explore the journey of change as it relates to both organizational change and project changed conditions. Learning and applying the people side of organizational change management helps the team become part of the solution. These same concepts can be applied to contractual change control, leading to successful projects that meet company goals and maintain stakeholder approval.
