Join us as Ralph Romero, recognized by HR.com as the "Best future leader" under 35 in the country, discusses how Human Resource Professionals can use their specific skill set within the framework of projects. The primary objective is for participants to be able to identify when and how the HR function should be leveraged during a project.

Ralph Romero is a passionate Human Resources professional with 14 years of experience who is driven to deliver value to an organization’s strategy. In addition to his Masters in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, he holds 4 certifications: SPHR, SHRM-SCP, SWP and Six Sigma Yellow Belt. He is currently the Director of Talent Management with U.S. Xpress, Inc. where he is responsible for executing the talent philosophy for the enterprise. He is also an Instructor at the University of Tennessee Chattanooga where he teaches the SHRM test preparation course.
