Sr. Project Manager I - Healthcare

The Senior Project Manager must demonstrate a strong commitment to stakeholder relationships by proactively communicating and taking ownership of risks/issues and facilitating effective outcomes in a timely manner.

• Actively communicate with Corporate, Facility and / or other client stakeholders to manager multiple project business owner(s) and team member(s) relationships to accomplish project activities
• Author/facilitate strategic documents such as Project Charters, Education and Communication plans, detailed project plans, and present project updates/presentations to business owners
• Organize project activities into manageable work efforts for team members and determine an effective approach to completing the work, as outlined in project plan
• Proactively identify and manage risks, issues, cross-project dependencies, and report on project/program status within published schedule
• Identify, manage and monitor completion of deliverables throughout project lifecycle
• Author/facilitate project implementation documentation including, but not limited to implementation toolkits and migration schedules
• Leads or coordinates project planning, resourcing, staffing, supply and subcontract management, progress reporting, trouble shooting and people management

We are actively speaking with applicants that have a minimum of:
• 5 years of project management experience, managing multiple projects to successful completion required.
• Experience managing large projects and preferably multi-site projects preferred.
• Healthcare experience preferred (Healthcare Operations knowledge)

Senior Project Manager - Clinical Research

Currently we are searching for a Senior Project Manager- Clinical Research to fulfill a REMOTE immediate vacancy.

• Responsible for management of multiple projects (including global projects) throughout all lifecycle phases. Ensures that all project work is completed to the client expectations, ensuring quality deliverables on time and within budget and in accordance with SOPs, ICH GCP, applicable regulations, policies, and practices. Serves as the principal liaison with clients to ensure effective and timely communication of project progress, issues, and plans for resolution of those issues. Provides leadership in the development of clinical trials and related documents.
• Works closely and effectively with cross-functional teams. Mentors and assists in the development of project team members, participates in the PM department initiatives, process improvement and training programs. Provides strategy and input in business development proposals and attends bid defenses.
• Plan, track and manage all activity throughout the project lifecycle, including deliverables from all functional areas and vendors in accordance with the project scope
• Develop project plans, timelines and status reports and communicates with all applicable team members in and outside the organization
• Promote effective teamwork among cross-functional teams and provide day to day direction for core team. Meet with team members on a regular basis regarding project tasks to ensure project milestones are met. Collect information and provide input to line managers on team performance against contract, customer expectations and project baselines
• Serve as primary project contact with clients to ensure communication is maintained and reporting schedules are adhered to
• Manage project budget, communicate deviations from budget projections and propose solutions for budget deviations
• Lead problem solving and resolution efforts. Provide proactive and creative recommendations on how to meet goals and handle identified risks and deviations
• Communicate and escalate unresolved issues at the appropriate time and to the appropriate level of management
• Ensure that work is conducted in compliance with professional standards and SOPs, and meet quality and timeline metrics
• Build and maintain strong pharmaceutical industry sponsor and organizational team relationships for the success of clinical trial management
• Implement continuous process improvements for assigned projects
• Participate in PM department initiatives and training programs
• Participate in proposal development, bid-defense process and presentations

We are actively speaking with applicants that have a minimum of:
• Extensive knowledge of clinical research
• Understands the drug development process
• Knowledgeable about the critical elements for success in clinical trials; participation in and contribution to these activities
• Ability to review protocols, programs, and assess the success of a project
• Strong understanding and knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and resource utilization
• Mature management skills demonstrated by calm and thorough review of situations. Proactively identifies and or addresses problems. Seeks to understand all contributing factors. Proposes, implements, and evaluates appropriate solutions
• Demonstrated leadership skills - successfully managed large project teams
• Strong communication and presentation skills - Demonstrates strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to establish and maintain positive Sponsor, project team member and internal relationships
• Ability to conduct effective presentations
• Computer skills with ability using clinical trial management systems, clinical trial databases, and electronic data capture

Clinical Operations Project Manager

• The Senior Project Manager II will act as a single point of accountability on assigned projects, secure required resources, use Parallon Project Services project controls and standards, and ensure on-time completion according to specifications and within budgeted costs.
• The Senior Project Manager II must demonstrate a strong commitment to stakeholder relationships by proactively communicating and taking ownership of risks and issues, and by facilitating effective outcomes in a timely manner. The Parallon Project Services Senior Project Manager II may also be responsible for the management of assigned Project Managers, Project Coordinators, or Project Specialists. Moderate to Heavy travel may be required.

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience with managing multiple projects to successful completion, preferably in healthcare financial services, clinical operations, supply chain, or information systems-oriented environments.
• Minimum 2 years of management experience preferred, preferably in the healthcare industry.
• Financial services, hospital operations, supply chain, or IT experience a plus.
• PMP and/or LEAN certifications preferred, but not required.

Location: Remote (possible occasional travel to Nashville)
Duration: full time, direct hire
Compensation: 100K-120K

This individual will be responsible for:
Working cross-functionally with Core Business Product teams, Functional Support Groups, and both internal and external technical teams to manage an effective product development life cycle.

We are actively speaking with applicants that have a minimum of:

• 3-5 years of experience in Product Management
• Ability to understand customer/consumer needs. This includes clear and affective communication.
• Experience managing technical software development projects to completion.
• Experience bringing a product to market, has experience with prototyping, ideation, validation etc.
• Prior experience in a SaaS environment preferred
• Prior experience in data analytics, healthcare, or insurance field preferred
